* Buyer must provide content within 2 weeks, or IYP will transfer existing content from existing site only (not good for SEO). Any additional photo licensing fees are extra, and will be billed upon site completion.
** Buyer’s site must be hosted by a IYP server until such time as all payments have been collected. Thereafter, if Buyer wishes IYP to continue to host the website, there is a $99.99/month fee that will continue in perpetuity until Buyer provides IYP with a 30 day notice of cancellation. Must be paid monthly via ACH from business checking account.
